Telehealth supports regional WA patients, busy athletes, and anyone between in-person visits. It is not a replacement for hands-on assessment when you need cervical, vestibular, or balance testing, but it keeps rehab coherent when travel is hard.
Initial assessment can be in person or virtual. We recommend in-clinic where possible for a new injury, then telehealth for follow-up, education, and exercise progression.
We review symptoms since your last visit, adjust exertion and screen-time plans, teach home exercises, and coordinate return-to-school or return-to-sport stages. You need a private space, stable internet, and enough room to demonstrate simple movements.
Complex vestibular or cervical issues may still need clinic sessions. We are honest about the limits of remote care.
Book online and note that you prefer telehealth. We send link and preparation instructions before the appointment.
Telehealth consultations are $139 for an initial appointment and $115 for follow-ups, the same as in-person concussion fees. Rebates are via invoice upload to your health fund. Confirm with your insurer before booking.
Red-flag screening, hands-on cervical treatment, and formal exertion treadmill testing require clinic attendance. Telehealth follows. It does not replace emergency care.
